Welcome to Guided by Nature
I provide Family and Systemic Psychotherapy, usually known as Family Therapy to individuals, sub groups of families ( e.g. sibling groups / parent/s and young person/child),parents / couples and family appointments. I am currently working to create space to deliver specific support groups for parents and local community ecosystemic work. Group work can involve another professional joining us.
I am based in the Moray area and can provide therapeutic space for appointments, face to face in my therapy room and when appropriate, for clients interested or curious about including movement and outdoor opportunities in therapy, the immediate surrounding area around my office allows us to join nature, with ease.
When we are unable to access the outdoors, I continue to have an interest in ecosystemic approaches which can be so helpful when we think together about rhythms , patterns and cycles within our life.

I also enjoy and have experience working online and work with families across the UK using on line video platforms.
