Ecosystemic Practice

All people will have varying levels of comfort being outdoors and in nature.

My experiences working with people experiencing difficulty and distress has allowed me to understand the importance of movement for some people, alongside the environment and space to breathe – and just be.

Ecosystemic approaches aim to combine shared experiences in nature, the environment, walking , or staying still outdoors as helpful and empowering by combining therapeutic space and therapy together.
I am happy to facilitate being outside from my therapy space, in my area, allowing talking , thinking and processing to happen in the canvas of nature.

I have also enjoyed using the patterns and cycles of nature, while working on line and in my office therapeutic space.
